Location was very good, and very clean, comfortable beds. Triple/connected rooms was ideal for family of three children.
Small rooms and very noisy! Both external noise (road) and internal from other guests/doors etc.

Central location. Basic hotel, good location, room small but ok, good bathroom, pleasant staff.
Basic breakfast, the smallest lift I've ever seen, only holds 1 person! Lift kept breaking down so not much fun as I was on 5th floor. NO BAR!!!!! Wireless internet didn't work outside of reception area.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a laptop-size safe in the room.

Small but tidy room, good location, good staff, cheap price
Only one chair in the room, the roof-level rooms are a bit "too" small, the elevator's size is ridicoulusly small

Location is great, most of the staff is very nice and helpful. We had a room at the 6th floor with a nice terrace, great for breakfast. The elevator is the smallest I've seen, so cute.

I loved the new double room design and having a private bathroom with a bathtub was a great touch, plus its location near the Louvre Museum was just perfect.

Nothing worth remembering really. Nothing special here. Just sleep.
No wifi although it's stated in the website. You can never log into it. Staff couldn't help. I guess they deliberately shut the internet? The smallest lift in the world perhaps, only carry 1 person! 2 person must squeeze. And the hotel has 7 floors. Staff has no smile no enthusiasm. The shower wasn't comfortable either. Water splashing and wetting the floor. And it isn't cheap.

The location is fantastic!!! This is my second time staying here, and would stay again. Whilst it may not be the fanciest hotel, it is in a great location. Close to Shops, Metro, Opera Building and only a 20mins gentle stroll to the Louvre. The staff have excellent english and are very helpful. The rooms are basic but the beds are very comfortable. The 1st floor was currently being decorated whilst we were there, so we imagine the entire building was getting a facelift. We didn't bother with breakfast as it is only pastries and coffee/tea neither of which we like for breakfast, but there are plenty of eateries nearby.
The breakfast is only basic pastries and coffee/tea. As my mother is allergic to wheat and doesn't drink tea/coffee this was no good for us. Basic cereals even would be nice.

Great location right in the center! 📍 Plus, you've got easy access to multiple metro stations and popular stores like Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. being close to the Lafayette galleries and the Opera is a big bonus.

I arrived in Paris without my luggage. The staff went out of their way to contact the airline to trace my luggage and to suggest places to buy cheap new clothes. I haven't come across such helpful hotel staff ever. The hotel's location is perfect, 15 minutes walk from Louvre, 30 minutes from Sacre Cuoer, 5 minutes from the opera (the Metro is quicker if you don't like walking).
